Private salsa and bachata lessons in Las Vegas cost $150 for a full 60-minute session at your hotel suite, home or venue — or, if you prefer mirrors, in our partner studio in West Las Vegas (exact address sent with your confirmation) — or $695 for a 5-pack and $1,295 for a 10-pack. Your lesson is taught by Avissh Trivedi — who started teaching ballroom at Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Las Vegas and has taught since 2012 — or by an instructor he personally trained.

Why private lessons outrun group classes
Group classes are social and cheap, and they move at the speed of the slowest person in the room. A private session is all signal: sixty minutes of an instructor watching your feet, fixing your timing, building on what you learned last week. Students consistently cover in three private sessions what takes a semester of drop-in classes.
And ours come with a Vegas-specific advantage: no commute unless you want one. Most students have the lesson where they are — your living room in Henderson, your suite on the Strip, the event space where you'll be dancing on Saturday. Locals who want mirrors and a proper floor can book our partner studio instead. Same price either way.
What we teach
Salsa — LA-style on1, the style our Los Angeles family is built on: linear, sharp, and social-floor ready. Timing, partner work, turn patterns, styling, and musicality as you level up.
Bachata — traditional and sensual styles, from the basic through body movement, waves, and the connection work that makes bachata the most addictive social dance in America right now.
Lead, follow, or both — and no assumed roles. Plenty of our students learn both sides; it makes you twice the dancer.
For locals and visitors
Locals: book a weekly session and you'll be a different dancer in two months — Vegas' Latin social scene runs seven nights a week and you should be in it. Visitors: one session before a night out changes the whole trip. Either way, your instructor knows exactly which floor is good on which night.
Who teaches you
Private lessons are taught by Avissh Trivedi or an instructor he personally trained; you get the instructor's name when we confirm your date. Avissh started teaching ballroom at Fred Astaire Dance Studio here in Las Vegas, taught ballroom and Bollywood at Elite Dance Studio, and went on to found Salsa Dance LA. Salsa Dance Vegas is new in 2026; the teaching isn't — he has taught since 2012, from waltz and tango to LA-style salsa and bachata.

Exactly here. Private lessons are the fastest possible start — no group pace to follow, no waiting for the class to catch up. One session gets you the basic, timing, and a turn; three gets you comfortable on a social floor.
Yes. Avissh has taught since 2012 — ballroom in Las Vegas first, then LA-style salsa and bachata in Los Angeles, where the bar is unreasonably high. Styling, musicality, advanced turn patterns, bachata body movement, competition prep: tell us where you are and where you want to go.
No. Solo students learn lead or follow (or both) with the instructor as partner. Couples and friends can share the session at the same price.
Your home, hotel suite, Airbnb or event space anywhere in Las Vegas, Henderson or Summerlin — the instructor comes to you with music and a plan. Prefer mirrors and a real floor? Choose our partner studio in West Las Vegas (exact address sent with your confirmation) when you book. Same price, room included.

Absolutely. A pre-night-out session is popular with visitors: 60 minutes in your suite, then straight to one of Vegas' Latin social nights with real moves. Your instructor will point you to the right floor for that night of the week.

He has taught since 2012 — ballroom, Latin and Bollywood — and founded Salsa Dance LA and the Euphoria Dance LA wedding studio before coming back to Las Vegas. If another instructor ever joins your session, we tell you their name when we confirm your date.
Salsa Dance Vegas opened in 2026. Avissh has taught since 2012 — he started in Las Vegas as a ballroom instructor at Fred Astaire Dance Studio, then taught ballroom and Bollywood at Elite Dance Studio, before founding Euphoria Dance LA (2017–2024), Salsa Dance LA (2021) and Salsa Dance Napa (2025).
We come to you — that's the whole idea for parties, weddings and corporate events: your suite, your venue, your ballroom. For private lessons and Date Night you also have the option of our partner studio in West Las Vegas (exact address sent with your confirmation), with mirrors and a real dance floor. Same price either way; pick the location when you book.

- Reschedule free up to 72 hours before your session — we move your booking to any open date, no fees, no questions.
- Cancel more than 72 hours out and you receive a full refund. Inside 72 hours, choose a full credit toward any date in the next 12 months, or a 50% refund.
- If your instructor ever has to cancel — illness, weather, travel disruption — you receive a 100% refund immediately, plus priority rebooking if you still want the session.
