Your team flew to Las Vegas for the conference. The days are scheduled to the minute; the evenings are a choice between an expense-account dinner and letting everyone drift toward the casino floor. Neither builds a team.
A private dance event does something different: it puts the whole group — from the intern to the VP — on the same level, learning the same thing, laughing at the same missteps. Nobody's job title helps them with a bachata basic. That reset is exactly what team building is supposed to do, and almost never does.
Built for corporate logistics
We're a mobile-first operation, which matters more for corporate events than anyone realizes. No transporting forty people to a studio across town. We come to your convention hotel's ballroom, your offsite venue, your rooftop reception — anywhere in Las Vegas, Henderson, or Summerlin — and we handle the vendor paperwork and load-in coordination with your venue directly.
Formats run from a 60-minute energizer between sessions to a full evening program with a team choreography competition and awards. Tell us the agenda slot; we'll fit it.
Who's teaching your team
Every event is led by Avissh Trivedi or an instructor he personally trained. Avissh has taught since 2012 — starting with ballroom at Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Las Vegas — and founded Salsa Dance LA. In Los Angeles he has taught film and TV industry clients, including directors and writers from major productions. For larger groups, additional instructors assist on the floor, and we name them when we confirm your date. Professional, polished, and very good at reading a room of skeptical engineers at 4pm.

W-9 available on request; capacity runs from 8 to 100+ with instructor staffing scaled to headcount; and load-in, sound, and floor logistics are coordinated directly with your venue contact — you get one point of contact from proposal to wrap, and a format that slots into an agenda without drama.

It's designed for exactly that room. Salsa and bachata basics are taught in a no-partner-required format first, so nobody is put on the spot, then we build to optional partner work and a team choreography challenge. Fifteen minutes in, the shy ones are usually the loudest.
Yes — that's most of what we do. We coordinate directly with your venue or event planner on vendor requirements and load-in. You just show up with your team.

Salsa Dance Vegas opened in 2026. Avissh has taught since 2012 — he started in Las Vegas as a ballroom instructor at Fred Astaire Dance Studio, then taught ballroom and Bollywood at Elite Dance Studio, before founding Euphoria Dance LA (2017–2024), Salsa Dance LA (2021) and Salsa Dance Napa (2025).
We come to you — that's the whole idea for parties, weddings and corporate events: your suite, your venue, your ballroom. For private lessons and Date Night you also have the option of our partner studio in West Las Vegas (exact address sent with your confirmation), with mirrors and a real dance floor. Same price either way; pick the location when you book.

- Reschedule free up to 72 hours before your session — we move your booking to any open date, no fees, no questions.
- Cancel more than 72 hours out and you receive a full refund. Inside 72 hours, choose a full credit toward any date in the next 12 months, or a 50% refund.
- If your instructor ever has to cancel — illness, weather, travel disruption — you receive a 100% refund immediately, plus priority rebooking if you still want the session.
